Job Description: Medical Device Assembler II, III

The Role

As an Assembler II / III , you will play a critical role in the precise assembly of medical devices, implants, and delivery systems. Working in a controlled cleanroom environment, you will rely on your technical expertise, exceptional hand-eye coordination, and deep understanding of quality standards to build products that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Execute the meticulous assembly of medical devices in strict accordance with approved manufacturing procedures.
• Technical Execution: Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, microscopes, fixtures, and other specialized process equipment to craft implants and delivery system components.
• Quality & Compliance: Work unwaveringly in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Documentation: Maintain highly accurate, real-time manufacturing records and documentation.
• Safety First: Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety protocols, manufacturing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrate functional Math and English skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) to follow instructions and communicate effectively with your team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4 or more years of proven experience working in a GMP medical device manufacturing company.
• Environment: Demonstrated experience working successfully in a cleanroom environment.
• Physical Precision: Excellent eyesight and superior hand-eye coordination for microscopic and detail-oriented tasks.
• Attention to Detail: An unwavering ability to interpret and follow highly detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
