Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Location: Temecula, CA 92591
Employment Type: W2 Contract – 12 Months with Possibility for Extensions
Pay Rate:  $19.25–$23.33/hour (determined by experience, paid weekly)

Shift Options:
2nd shift: M-F 2pm- 10:30pm or 2:30pm – 11pm
3rd shift Sunday – Fri 9pm – 5:30am

Work Model: Fully Onsite

Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C and Corp-to-Corp candidates will not be considered.

Role Overview

BEPC is actively seeking a detail-oriented  Medical Device Assembler to join our customer's manufacturing team in  Temecula, California . This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, adhering to established quality standards, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience , excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work with microscopes and small components while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing and assembly operations following established procedures and work instructions.
  • Operate microscopes to inspect and assemble precision medical device components.
  • Use hand tools to manipulate, assemble, and inspect products.
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
  • Read, understand, and follow written procedures and manufacturing documentation.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and legibly.
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
  • Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or quality concerns.
  • Perform repetitive tasks requiring precision, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device experience is preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training.
  • Comfortable working with microscopes for extended periods.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions and procedures.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to use hand tools and perform detailed assembly work.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must successfully pass a vision screening, including color vision testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Experience assembling small or precision components under magnification.
